Soraka is insta ban for me anyway, Taric not so much, although with the right comp he just blows. Personally find Alisat more of a problem. After the mage patch she's absolutely rediculous strong once she get Q max and even more so when W is maxed. She can have a trillionbillionmillion balls out now, it's pretty silly. They slaughtered the amount of skill it takes to play her and made her much less interesting. I'm dying on the inside. For me this feels like old Xerath. Yeah it's super depressing what they have done to her.

vlad does not need buffs lol. champs literally in every game and doing well already. this gonna push him to a ban probably

Buffing by making her ult always do max damage (it's comical how easy it is to get 7 sphere ults now) is outrageously lame (and I suspect base damage will be nerfed because of it) and the W doesn't 'feel' powerful in a thematic sense.
A way more interesting W change would have been 'W can now be cast again within X seconds before going on cooldown'. That way she could actually feel like she is chucking her spheres around like a transcendent being.
Viktor did get dumpstered though, I feel really bad for Viktor players. At least my next two favourites in Zyra and Vel'Koz are relatively similar.

@Toot I would've gone ignite thunderlords vs draven, with cloth 4 start. Either snowball or die trying.
Well, I go ignite thunderlords versus almost everything, so idk, might have to update that playstyle.

5.4k game sample only, assuming his pickrate isnt that like 50 vlad games ?

Much more than that, but sure, it's a small sample. But there's no reason to think that his winrate will meaningfully change with a larger sample. A small sample is only bad if you have reason to believe it is unrepresentative of the population as a whole. (Indeed if you look at all Vlad games and not just diamond+, you see the same result.)
So unless this site (which AFAIK is the only source for pre-hotfix data) is somehow only pulling games of Vlad noobs at every elo, it certainly dispels the notion that a <40% winrate champ is "doing well".

However, making his ult tickrate "every 2 seconds" I don't understand the logic of at all and I don't remember them explaining it. That's the one that baffles me the most because increasing tickrate on a spell otherwise failing to apply much of its theorical damage is a "frequent" QoL.
What I don't get about Syndra is giving her the medium range, low cooldown 0.75 AP ratio. That's huge and a lot of single-target nukes don't hit that much, yet she gets it on an AoE ability that she can spam in lane to bully you.

can you please stop replying to my posts like i asked you to before you gold retard?
Of course his winrates are going to be low when its mostly idiots trying him out once or twice due to reworks.
The people that actually know how to play him have been destroying in my games. Just hada vlad out cs a former challenger lb 110-60
because he can instantly clear waves pretty early now and the new abyssal is insane on him as a rush item.
How about you play a fucking game for once in your life and stop going by statistics you prick.
But that would require you to actually put in time and get a decent ranking instead of just being a little bitch.

you've also experienced a low sample rate of games leblanc will get out cs'd by anyone who can sustain and waveclear that fast most likely

It used to be vlad's hardest matchup hands down, I mained vlad mid at one point. he is considerably different, i dont know why but he feels way tankier for some reason. And being able to insta wave clear at level 7-ish instead of 11+ is a huge difference

In high elo (where, do not forget, VayneAuthority plays) no LeBlanc ever gets out cs'd by a sustain/waveclear mage. I mean they can't kill each other 1v1 because they don't have good base damage, but at that high of an elo (which, to remind you, VayneAuthority plays in and you could only dream of), a champ is obviously broken if they can beat LeBlanc in CS. But I guess it's too difficult a concept for you low-elo scrubs to understand.
Also, signs you are talking to a kid: aggressively using the word "kid" as a slur to someone who graduated college a decade ago.
