KC is (as expected) as useless as something on a man, and the strategic coach doesn't seem like he knows how to structure anything. DL brings up a lot of concerns, and I keep wondering why its him and not the coaching staff that does this.
I completely disagree, maybe its because I hadn't watched the early Legends episodes from last split but this one seemed better in every way. The atmosphere felt incredibly more positive and productive than last season and I thought both coaches did a better job at their jobs on camera than loco.

Yes its easy to create a positive atmosphre when you don't want to take conflict/and try to work on the actual weakness's. And when you constantly say "it's okay, it's okay. We will be better over time" without actually analyzing the underlying strategic issues and trying to solve them. Or sentences like these:
We all make mistakes. Even CLG will make mistakes tomorrow, just need to wait for them
And I ask again, why is it that DL has to bring up issues with regards to how they should split the map? Why isn't the strategic coach bringing them up? Or at least contributing to the discussion?
And this is also the second time I hear the strategic coach say this sentence "you guys did X but you know you shuldn't do that" (or something along those lines). That's not helpful coaching. Good coaching on the other hand hand is to help the players identify scenarios where they make mistake and make it easier for them to properly evaluate the factors needed to make the correct decision.
Also the issue with Locodoco wasn't negativity in itself. The issue was that they only had Bjergsen as a player that said anything at all, and that Locodoco had made strategic errors, and as a consequence lost the respect of the players. The new team of players has more people willing to speak their minds which is positive, and make it appear as if the environment is better, but that has nothing to do with the quality of the coaching.
Unreal scenes of GIANTS! replacing their best player in those 2 weeks and Dignitas suddenly losing the actual solid toplaner for the guy who couldn't play Gnar.
Fuck, my opinion on Billyboss fell pretty convincingly after the last week, can I get some Zig in action now.
Zig was better than Solo/Lourlo and even with Billyboss, I'd say. But considering that Lourlo on Gnar looks better than Solo/Billyboss, idk, how it works for LCS.

Roccat at least seems pretty committed to bringing Edward back, so I would assume they're still paying him something in the interim. Not sure about UoL and Diamond though, from what Diamond sounded like on FB it looks like he doesn't think he's coming back :/
