Certainly, and she wasn't an assassin. She was a diver and a sustained damage distracter.

Just played against the new champ, her damage is pretty silly considering how tanky she can get.

Most cost efficient item in the game is probably sated devourer.
All of the jungle items are bullshit cost efficient and you need a reeeeeeallly compelling reason to not rush them on jungler.
