TDK got bought by Arena Online, so I think that's where that money comes from. Cloud9 not sure if they are devoting that much to their challenger team, they were only paying $500/month to the old Tempest players, don't really see them being one of the teams shelling out for top KR talent. But maybe with spots selling for $1 mil, they'll invest more. Shkreli is a moron and could have got top KR imports last split, instead he chose to pay Chunkyfresh $10K signing bonus + $25K for one split. Not surprised if he got some big names. Coast just sold their LCS spot for like a fat $1m. | ||
