For me as a viewer that prob means I wont sit through 25 hours of LCS each week and watch stomps or G2 facing Alliance, but can cherry pick when 7-1 H2K plays 8-0 Origen. The time may come soon, where you watch the majority of games in a kind of highlight show and then the game of the week in full lenght. | ||

I don't really see how this would be different from last year or the year before. LCS has always had a rather large gap between good and not good teams. Generally only ever been 1-4(maybe 5) teams that are decent at any given time. That's just kind of the nature of a league system, you're going to get a lot of shit games. I also feel it hasn't helped that league meta has gotten worse for me over the years. I enjoyed watching crazy outplays and players fighting each other so when the meta shifted to 5 minute wins that take 25-30 minutes to finish due to rotational play it got to be a chore to watch. Some of the bad teams playing each other was actually the more exciting games. | ||
