No, there is a rule. Its pick order. The other things are just "preferences". Just like there isn't a law for everything that we would prefer people to do. Just like its best if you walk over to your loud neighbors and ask them to turn down the music, but there is an ordinance that says if its XXX loud after Midnight the cops will force you to turn it down.

and these are the champs i play. Gnar, Shen, Cho, Singed, Anivia, Yasuo, Irelia, Lulu, Ori, Rumble and Zac. Maybe i should open Viktor, he is an annoying to play against.

It makes a lot of sense to me. Lots of people who don't play a lot of League will play this weekend, and hopefully get into LCS within a group of friends. And lots of people watch LCS and don't play a lot of League, and they're more likely to try some League this weekend because of party rewards.

It makes even more sense to me: Give out less bonus ip than otherwise and when people qq point to your previous IP weekend.

Nah but really though saving heal is more worth it because in this meta at least I'd much rather deny gold from a jungler, and save a summoner spell in the process. Make their route to Cinderhulk as long as possible.

Depends on which team is winning as well
If you're up in gold, you want to try and starve enemy team. If behind, put more gold on the board to make the % difference smaler.

I had a dumb 9-4 "capstone" course (the purpose of the course is to give seniors more hours so they can meet grad requirements, I'm double majoring and have 200+ credit hours) which was shoved into my schedule despite maxxing out the credits I'm allowed to take this semester. Now I have 2 group projects for the rest of the day that I'm working on in shifts. Then I have a friend's birthday thing at 9.
Looks like I'll just not sleep so I can farm more IP? I'd like to get back over 15k so I can afford 2x rune pages, or rather 4 when that event finally comes around. Hopefully drunk ARAM will yield decent IP, gonna need rerolls so I can always be on YOLO champs.

First off, you're a scumbag for not trying to save your support with heal and worthy of ridicule. The amount of times I try to make a play as support and don't get healed by the adc who could've easily saved me is unreal.
In this scenario I would give the kill to the jungler because the ADC is your lane opponent. The less gold he has the easier time you'll have farming in the future.
