Unfotunately im not able to find interview but Doublelift said "Xpecial was too harsh on Dyrus, even if Dyrus hits three man ultimate with Malphite, Xpecial was blaming him like "why not four" and constantly putting pressure on him". It was during all star event.
Piglet is known for his ego anway. I called it from first day that Piglet was in NA for earning money, nothing more. Happy that he is gone.

So many roster changes but yet still none of the core issues are addressed like mentioned above.
What I could see working is quas coming out of his shell and becoming a calitrollz/maknoon vocal top laner that may work very well in TLs favor

huh? no this is like pre-ranked and season 1. But I did reach #1 on the ladder at some point in season 1 playing only warwick.
but most of this is from pre-ranked where there was like 30-40 players with really high elo that would just constantly play with eachother. So I've played with most of the older pros. hotshot, regi, dom, kobe, xpecial, locodoco, salce, scarra, l0cust, bigfatlp, lilballz (if you remember the taiwan udyr guy) off the top of my head. plenty more but you get the gist

ohh ok yeah I started playing like late season 1 lol. So you played back when it was only NA server. And yeah, lilballz and jiji were like cousins/friends. Man, watching prime Jiji in mid used to be so good.

It's not easy to gauge exactly how good Fenix is compared to the rest of the top 5 NA midlaners. His Azir was admittedly ban-worthy, but even outside of Azir he was reliably competent. It's just hard to compare him to, say, Pobelter and Incarnation, who seemed to improve a lot at the very end; I think Xiaoweixiao was probably a bit better than Fenix overall, but since he's no longer around, that's not a valid comparison anymore. So the only thing that feels safe for me to say about Fenix is that he's worse than Bjergsen, and better than the bottom half of NA midlaners. He's top 5 for sure, but I can't tell whether he's top 3 or not.

Was it confirmed that Xpecial is benched? I remember a lot of daily dot articles were wrong like that one about Forgiven hating Nrated. I could understand TL kicking out their support or adc but not both.

Shame, I wonder if we'll see Piglet in the pro scene again. But it seems no one wanted to pick him up before he went to NA< so it might not happen next split.

Well he supposedly left SKT because he felt he deserved starting spot without having to fight for it. Doubt anyone in Korea or CN will pick him up unless stuff has changed. He also didn't show anything special in NA to warrant getting picked up imo. Maybe just be the end of his relevance on the scene.

I never heard anything about piglet being on the bench on SKT. Only that his contract was not renewed by SKT, ie kicked.

I'm not sure how true this is but what I heard was that when SKT S/K were merging Piglet felt he didn't need to fight over a spot kind of like what Faker is doing. So it wasn't that he was going to be benched, just that there was another ADC on the team which he didn't like or he didn't like his starting spot being secure so SKT just decided to not bother renewing with him. As I said I'm not sure how true it all is. Seems to fit with what little we hear about his ego/attitude/emotional issues.
What we do know at least is that he was playing awful when it all went down and decided to go to NA. Think that speaks enough when the rest of the good players were leaving for CN and not NA/EU.
