I think he helps the team a lot!!!! it's true that casters overhyped him, but he is a good player whose fast improvement has been very noticeable, hardworker + goodguy, exactly the TL kind of player, I HOPE they keep him I agree I always liked him. In contrast to Piglet btw who I think is a little bitch that severely overestimates himself and is a bad team mate as a consequence. Imo good for TL that piglet he is gone.

While I agree with you I don't think Fenix is a good enough or consistent enough mid laner for TL if they want to win LCS.

Bigger problem is whoever did picks didn't understand what he is good at imo. Even if he isn't absolutely amazing he was still pretty good and could carry given the correct lanes and shit.

His lulu was awful but they kept picking it instead of Ahri/Azir which he's shown to be decent if not good on. Then again so many LCS(Both EU and NA) pick lulu mid with no idea how to play it well. He may be a good enough player under better leadership and a team that actually builds to their strength instead of forcing all their carries to go supportive to try let Piglet win the game. This there are three situations that arise in "bad" drafting. 1) A draft that is good for the team but bad for the game 2) A draft that is bad for the team but good for the game 3) A draft that is bad for the team and bad for the game The first two can be both good and bad drafting depending on how well the team executes what they good at. Can they overcome a "better draft" when they are on their best style? If so then this is a good draft in my opinion. It's also a case of coaching outside of the game more so than drafting in the game. I almost always prefer teams to focus on this style of drafting. In both cases they point towards the coach knowing their job on the drafting phase and it often changes between the two depending on the importance of the game. Is this a game that you have to win? Ok then go with 1. Is this a game we can try stuff out? Ok then go with 2 and work on your meta strength The 3rd option I feel is what we saw TL do most of the time. They drafted team comps that weren't exactly the best inside the game but also weren't good comps for the team itself. This is something you must never do as a drafter. I find NA teams in general tend to try copy Korean drafts a little too much even if their teams don't know how to pull them off or don't have the individual team makeup to use them. EU teams tend to have their own ideas which may work in their vacuum but feel a bit awful if they going up against more meta strong teams. It's still a better approach in my eyes. Maybe that's why NA tends to battle vs KR but do alright vs CN where as EU battles vs CN and does alright vs KR.

Once again, I hope one of these guys can shotcall, because that and drafting we're 99.99% of their problems.

Dailydot reports Piglet out, Freeze frontrunner. Piglet wants to build a new team in Korea, who knows it might be as good as Narakyle's :>

korea has the luxury of both on the top teams piglet and xpecial are known cancers, not sure how dom is with the team but obv has a temper at the least. I dont know much about the new team but I would hope they arent bringing in unprovens that are also assholes. So I think the question will be can any of these new people shotcall or at least learn to shotcall as the split goes on. New coach and lots of new players to learn what they like to play so drafts/bans goes smooth will also take some time. Honestly looks like a rebuilding split coming up but then you realize its NA so probably top 5 finish but nothing special again lel

I don't think the toxic argument holds literally any water, especially without actual evidence.
