Of course on champs like le blanc you can't afford to start assassination with exhaust and ignite is clearly superior for that purpose, but exhaust still has its other perks even on such champs. | ||

All of my testing on her occurred before they changed up her abilities, and so shouldn't really be cited for anything. It was possible to full clear on her, but whether she can do so now with the speed and survivability necessary to be competitive would require new testing. In theory of the 100g PBE change makes junglers who have to return after 3 camps unviable Riot can buff them. In practice Riot is really slow to buff junglers out of fear of creating champions that are too good at laning so good luck with that. | ||

From my experience she will go very low on first clear, but the clears after that aren't too bad. Also, since you will almost always be level 3 or above when you do wraiths, you can oneshot the small wraiths and mitigate a lot of damage that the camp does. Unfortunately this only goes well as long as you're not behind, farming while behind as Sejuani is quite painful because you really need levels on her. The good news is that in the new jungle everything gives a shitton of xp when you're behind so in the end it doesn't really matter. | ||
