So here we are again. It's a year later, the game is a bit older, and the Korean overloads still carry an iron reign. Season 4 brings us without a commissioner, for which I will be taking over. Don't like it? Tough, should have done it first. We're going to use a modified version of the LCS fantasy scoring and rosters will mirror group selection. Like last year, if the turnout goes well, we'll look into doing a bracket stage.
Team Selection Rules:
Rosters will be composed of 5 players(1 per position) and a team.
Player selection is restricted to 1 player per region. International Wildcards and South East Asia will be considered as a region. Teams are fair game.
Players/teams from pool 1 are worth 1 point, pool 2 are worth 2 points, and pool 3 are 3 points.
Rosters must be at least 12 points.

Scoring Rules:

Kills: 1.25 points
Deaths: -1 point
Assists: 0.75 points
CS: 0.01 points/CS
+ Show Spoiler [example] +Imp goes 7/3/4 with 328 cs. He gets 8.75 points for kills, -3 points for deaths, 3 points for assists, and 3.28 for cs, coming to a total of 12.03 points.

How to get started:
Find a group of at least 4 people and hop on teamspeak or your preferred method of communication to draft. Then have a representative PM me the teams for your league in the format listed above.

Sorry for pooping on your party but Fantasy league with drafts and 4+ man requirement sucks, that's why I never played riot's one.
I just want to pick a team+players of my choice and check the scoring ala FPL (and even in the FPL I rarely trade players).
Last year was great  .

Why is there a league and not just what we did last year? That was simple and fun. This is just complicating something that doesn't need to be as complicated. Gahlo please.
