I play on Chinese server..I have yet to experience the AFK farm after 2000 games
Lower leagues - split pusher/hard carry melee - Need to shut down, most likely owning/feeding the lane
Mid leagues - Jax/AD Renekton/AP who didnt get mid/split push/hard carries
Higher leagues - Teleportfest with very strong AP/AD bruisers (Kayle/Gragas/Akali/Jarvan/Lee Sin/Lulu)
Teemo league - teemo.
Other than higher leagues they all blame jungler if they arent doing good. Regardless of mistakes/matchup counter/poor life choices
Anyways. Should I buy Corki? I have to admit I have never played Corki/Ezreal/Kogmaw in the 2000 games Ive played with a good chunk of them being AD carry. I feel that once Trist/Kog gets nerfed (because riot) poke/kite comps might be back again with fucking AP top lanes all day every day.
No Im not going to talk about the L word its not 4.12 yet here.

Why would you buy corki when you can play tristana or kogmaw or cdr lucian.

Not 4.12 yet here. Trist is a decent early game poke champ with no form of long range farming or early wave clear, and has a horrible mid game. Meaning if she gets picked on early game because bad/good support/jungler, she'll stay bad throughout midgame and wont contribute much the entire game until 3 items...at least 25-30 minutes in if she wasnt doing well. Game probably already ended.

Used to main lucian so will obviously pick him up again.

Err I missed the teemo discussion but sadly enough I actually have a lot of trouble with that guy. I just have no idea how the matchup works. Take cs => get shot at. Trade and somehow he does SURPRISING amounts of dmg. Like what the heck? My main top lane champs are Irelia & Kayle. Usually I need ganks to roll it in my favor but if the lane is jungler free I generally lose ... especially when I trade and he throws down a stupid shroom on of himself ...

Basically set tank, start D-shield or cloth/pots. Rush Cowl. Finish build as normal. Prioritize slows/gap closes. If he ever wastes his blind before you're all in, go ham. Try to win before 6 because after 6 he will be sitting on shrooms the entire time. If you can push the wave without getting close to it you've got an advantage because teemo will have to hold the wave himself or use shrooms to stop it. When pushing the wave, follow your creeps in rather than standing with them, this lowers the probability that you're going to hit the shroom yourself and take free damage
Even against AD Teemo Cowl is really strong because all of his non-auto attack damage is magic and a good portion of his auto attack damage is magic. Most importantly the passive refreshes on each tick of teemo's damage so the passive is extended for 4 seconds.

Which server do you play on? I've got two accounts on the chinese servers.
Corki is interesting and fun when he's in meta and he's only sorta in right now. If you want to learn him he has a history of popping back up and his burst is hilariously great but in meta right now he's very iffy lategame so if you don't use his midgame spike (and it is a great midgame spike, mind) you'll feel a lot less useful that you would on other carries. But what I know, I'm an ashe main.
Also he should use a different rune page to play optimally as far as I can recall thanks to his passive, and those rune pages cost them monies here

Problem with corki is he can't really handle tristana/caitlyn/kog well.Literally only thing that corki offers that other ads dont is really good mid game poke especially with sorc boots but he is fun to play if you enjoy the many skillshots but doubt ad would be your role of choice then lol.
