you have to be really really good at caitlyn to have a meaningful impact on the game with her, a lot easier to just pick something safe that doesnt rely on you orb walking the entire laning phase to deny the other ad, especially in solo q where junglers are not created equal

I think without the early bt + shiv build on cait, you have to bully really fucking hard to eek out an advantage with IE timing, and even then your siege isn't as good as before, while the more popular trist/kog will outscale you later anyways. I feel like caitlyn's edge as a hero has been dulled is why people don't play her as much.

She gets out scaled for a lot of the popular ADs right now and her poke advantage is somewhat negated by the strong allins of bot lane champs these days. I still see her once in a while though.

the whole point of nasus vs teemo is that he cant get away from any gank at all because of nasus W. You lose a lot of CS early as well but once you get strong and spirit cowl and stuff you just run at him with W and R and kill him.

laning is actually the easy part, teamfighting is another story against an actual teemo player. between slows and blinds it sucks to play vs him in teamfight. most of the time that lane just turns into teemo vs nasus 1v1 split pushing top and whoever has the 4 better players wins.

yeah but at some point it's better to go buy even if you lose an entire wave, also you're basically a free kill if any gank comes since you have no items against people with 3 full items ^^ a bit silly

Clearly at some point they stopped caring about the game and made it a point to last longer in lane than their opponent. The junglers wisely decided to stay away from this clash of titans.
