Favor hp more than raw armour or mr, your Passive gives you fifty of both for free.
I typically go like Lizard -> boots2 -> giant belt item. Then get another tanky item started (glacial / hood / aegis ). If you still need to be tankier, finish that item. If not, get bc to make your ad really happy.

Yeah but you're counting on people to do the rational thing, which they won't do. People are toxic *now* with a mute button, voice chat will only make it worse.

I think with DotA people are super annoying the second they get in game. For some reason voice chat is just more toxic than normal chat and it can cause people to tilt almost instantly. You have to be fast to mute.
Curse Voice works because you have to pretty much invite people to join your session. As a host you don't want to get pissed at your allies on voice chat.
That said. I do like voice chat.

I haven't had negative experiences with voice yet. Maybe its a small sample size, but i find that talking to people makes things a lot more cordial.

Have you ever played on XBL? Voice chat there is incredibly toxic. I only don't find it a negative experience because the kids on there are half my age but I'm sure if i was a hormonal teenager like the majority of the League player base it would be incredibly unfun.

Yesterday I play a game where a guy shares the CurseVoice room, 2 other guys joined the room. 10 minutes later into game, they start to chat ingame. Apparently the malphite guy in CV keeps crying and whining about him losing lane and the other guys cannot stand it, so they quit the room. Later on they start blaming each other and throw game.

I've actually had an opposite experience with voice chat. More people are less toxic over voice because it's more confrontational than text chat I guess. Only the real toxic gods are toxic over voice chat.

The other thing about voice is that they cannot police it like chat. With chat they have a log of you calling your jungler a cock mongler and can use tribunal, with voice they just kind of have to trust the reports.

Honestly, nny anonymous system is going to be toxic. And as you said, voice chat lets toxic gods be really experience-ruining.
In my other hobby, there are some people who are extremely toxic that show up to actual events and then you're like "oh this guy isn't that bad at all, mostly keeps to himself and is super awkward, kind of c u t e b o y s really."

Good god, Ezreal needs a damage boost, or they need to just make him even more ridiculously safe. I was smashing my last game and was on TF + IE and still couldn't shred through a Garen with Sunfire + Tabis in reasonable amount of time. We won, but I still didn't do crap for damage.

He has great mobility and safety but hes not going to break a tank quickly.
