And no it's not how I ran our LPCL team, I asked everyone on our roster if they wanted to play before adding them, except 1-2 people who played the previous season and I knew they wanted in anyways. I specifically stated I didn't want to play in this league and I didn't want a fake lvl 30 account to do so either. So no this is not anywhere near the same way LPCL went down. The LPCL team was also a staff wide thing that everyone was interested in, while this is something that only you and kupon3ss have discussed.
This is a staff wide thing that at least 4 people were interested in and that we've discussed over several days. This is exactly how our LPCL team ran, with you adding people first and checking for interest later (often on playday). The main difference is that there's a more stringent standard in this league that requires team to pre-register before-hand; which is what we're doing.

I am efforting to put something together but my premade skype group is super skill unbalanced / adc heavy and I don't know that all of them every care about improving so I'm trying to iron it out before I enter myself as a random. Here is my info so I don't miss the boat on getting in but don't put me on a team just yet.

Suggestions/Comments/Requests: I'm a very aggressive shot caller, not so much as in being aggressive in game (although a lot of the time I can be) but in that in most games I play with friends I eventually make a lot of the calls on voice chat, but I feel like moving away from that role (if I can help myself) might give me some 'fresh eyes' on how to play the game if that makes sense. Right now I feel like I only know how to play the game my way.

So you want the coaches to form teams by picking through this thread and contacting people to make sure they want to be on your team? Or you're putting people together on your own?

That's an interesting view point. I thought it was justified considering one of the main goals behind initiatives like these were to take things more seriously(less trolling orientated) while attempting to improve those involved.
