On the smite change, I can't really say I'm a fan of changing smite so that it's essentially always up for important objectives and securing buffs. Junglers who use it carelessly should be punished for it. It's already a pretty short cooldown as is. This also removes opportunities to capitalize on your opponent's jungler not having smite. | ||

I am glad to see that they really want to make all types of junglers possible. it seems like they see the problems? I dunno. it was really vague but one can hope! it seems like a 1v2 laner might be able to do a jungle camp to keep up, so that looks cool. at the very least it's gonna shake things up and I like that. | ||
