Mm? I don't think we have the same definition of overpowered, I don't think Olaf ever was significantly the best champion at its role. Feel free to disagree but do not berate me for having a different opinion, especially as you obviously had nothing of importance to add.
I dunno, being first pick/ban in tournaments for months and destroying anything that looked at him funny in top lane sounds overpowered to me. I'm berating your opinion because it's dumb and you don't have anything to back it up outside of feels.

With all the nerfs to every other top laner you just like run around and kill kids. It is awesome. He dominates like he used to way back in the day. only matchup I dont really like is Nasus, but that just because you need to kill him before like like level 3 or you just get outscaled hard.
He was sleeper strong with Shiv+Wits Zuesplank style, but right now with Shiv+Trinity he is just plain out abusive. Plus he one of the best abusers of the new Spirit Visage; just makes him sooo tanky lategame. With any sort of armor you just get like 2k eHP every time it up.

I feel like Garen's E is one of the most iconic spells in league and I really think they should've kept the exact same sound effect for the spell at the very least. I guess it makes sense to update it and make it sound crisper or whatever but it just would've been cooler to have the original sound effect. We knew about Lucian a long time before he was actually released. This seems like it's gonna be a much shorter turn around from reveal to release.
Elise started really falling out of flavor in top lane after the mana nerfs to q.
Mana cost increased to 80/85/90/95/100 from 60.
After two more patches where she was nerfed she hasn't been as much of a bully. Her spiderlings, armor, mr and rappel were all nerfed after the mana nerfs. Yeah, makes it harder to bully good players. Also say what you want about her team fighting but she's not shen nor renekton for a tank and her damage + utility doesn't match counterstrike plus tforce jax.

She catches better than shen and renekton though, but elise pick is much stronger in jungle imo. She's got such good jungle clears, and great gank potential, she's bonkers.
