The ward limit works like Sightstone - after you have 3 stealth wards, the 4th one will remove the 1st one from the map. After you have 1 vision ward, placing a 2nd will remove the 1st from the map. Although I guess if they still have the fading animation on death you could do it if you were fast enough | ||
