Even guys that were on bursaries are being let off their contracts due to their departments not hiring. World is bleak when you have skills, don't know how bad it must be without anything? :< | ||

For example, here in Alberta where we live in a bubble of Oil,you can find a job basically anywhere. Walk into any one of hundreds of Fabrication shops in Nisku making skids, pump stations, pressure vessels chances are they need labourers, welders, Pipe Fitters, Materials handlers, truckers, expedieters, crane/forklidft operators, Saw/Press/Bending operators... You can pretty much have a resume that says "I have hands. They can lift things." and get paid 20 bucks an hour if you okay with the working conditions. | ||
