Also I hope the Morgana thing doesn't happen. It just shows a total lack of understanding of flow, how a champion rotates their abilities is everything to how fun they are to play. If Morgana lands a bind she gets to puddle them full duration which in turn shreds their MR while her ult chain is waiting to detonate which stuns again which allows her to auto-land another bind/pool. That is a smooth flowing kit (albeit weak at the moment). If you make puddle based on missing hp then it doesn't lead into the chain and in fact misses a lot of damage because it dries up when your ult lands. | ||
