Blessing is good because it makes your bubbles easier. I take it if I suspect that lane phase will be long. Sometimes having a guaranteed single bubble land in lane is more important than 2 bubbles that aren't guaranteed. But 2 bubbles in teamfights is almost always better than one. I only take Ebb and Flow first if lane is losing and will continue to lose, at which point you just need to cut your losses and play very passively. | ||

Q max is better damage but I only really like it with Ashe and Varus. To be honest I think a lot of the buffs Nami got were because of the fact people thought W max was good and it made her look like a bad champion, she never NEEDED the buff to her passive or Q stun duration, but combined with people playing her correctly it's inflated her power level quite quickly, where I think she's even a little too strong now. | ||

If anything W has the most potential but is unreliable if you can't get max bounces which is like 90% of the time. But yeah, there's nothing weak about Nami if you can land Q's. Her Kit is above average for utility among supports. | ||
