Since summer started I've been working out like 6 days a week. I have some people who say I look buffer, but honestly I've barely put on any weight, and I've only moved up like 5-10lb on anything. Being an Asian who doesn't gain weight sucks. I definitely skimp kind of hard on leg day, but my chest/triceps and biceps/shoulder routines are pretty good. Maybe I need to just push myself more because I'm lazy. Someone be my TL internet workout buddy. | ||
