While I was excited at first as well to play him in the Jungle, I have this strange suspicion we'll be seeing him mid if his bloodthirst is potent enough. HIs jungle looks pretty solid from what I've seen on PBE videos. | ||

He's been going 3 Doran's Blades, into Bloodthirster then Infinity Edge on auto attack based champions. Or 3 Doran's, into Bloodthirster -> Last Whisper on ability focused champions. Full Armor Pen runes with no Lifesteal. Obviously, the AD vs ArPen discussion is still blacklisted because it has been done to death. But, overall it seems to fit his style quite well. Freeze the lane just in front of his tower and play aggressive in lane. It would probably punish Doran's Blade with Lifesteal Quints into straight BF Sword, but I wonder how well it would do against an early Vamp Scepter. | ||

For example, during the Wukong fight every third auto attack healed Aatrox for 135. All Aatrox needed for that healing was rank 5 W (possible, he was level 10) and 20 bonus AD. Judging from the damage done by Aatrox' other skills, that's probably all it was. He's got a very strong kit for bullying people and for assisting long lane ganks. It's also decent for 1v2s. | ||

I never play the new champs. I have a perverted loyalty to the ones I already own. Occasionally though the new ones are so OP that they force a change in meta, and change, as previously indicated, is gud. | ||

In the past they would literally release a new champ+balance patch every two weeks. It's been almost a month since the last champ addition. However, I do agree with you in that constant releases too often is bad for the game. Luckily, Riot has said themselves that they are slowing down champion releases, which they most definitely have done. | ||

The core problem still remains that they can't put too many fun mechanics into one champion but rather have to spread them out over multiple champions. Because of a simple fact that this game only ever has 10 champions in play, spreading fun abilities over multiple champions makes league not as fun as it could be. | ||
