The slow from Lux E ends 0.25 sec after she detonates the E, so it's not still on a target when the burn starts ticking. | ||

Building tank in lane is harder because you lack the free ArPen but it's prob still doable since in teamfights you'll spend a lot of time under your ult's effect.
