Meh, current Jayce is a product of other Champion nerfs and muramana change , less so him being fucktard strong. The pick/ban rate in OGN posted earlier is a pretty striking. As far as 'free farm' goes with Jayce, his shock blast takes significant amount of levels and farm to get to khaziks level clear. Also when did gd turn into qq thread and reddit 'riot plz' post?

yeah its not like jayce is insanely broken its just he has everything. Safe waveclear if he's behind, strong bullying if he's not, great anti gank tools, great teamfight utility.
Typically, any laner that can both all in well and has an escape is going to be a competitive pick. Talon? havent seen him in ages, here comes zed, basically the same champ but with longer range farming and an escape skill (better single target nuking too and oracles doesnt hard counter him but stuff like zhonyas does so w/e) and suddenly he's being spamming. Katarina? Relies a bit too much on an interruptable ult and needs wards/creeps/champs to jump too. Khazix with a long ass range jungle to escape and great waveclear is played way more even though the basic champ is the same (reset based jump champ)
a huge amount of the game is simply based around ability to lane effectively in games against high level junglers (who typically pick champs with insane cc or double jumps and shit see elise, lee sin, naut etc)
really the champs without escapes should have a marked advantage but so far there seems to be no power difference between a champ with an escape and one without one even though it changes how you can play quite a bit. (and by escape I mean talons jump can be used to juke like irelias q or lee's w but its not the same as just jumping away liek zed or kha or jayce acceleration gate+knockback+already he can farm from massive range)

Difference is qw combo puts you in risk range. The issue you guys were saying was 'free farm' which means risk free. If he has to jump into creeps it's not risk free.
The main issue I have about jayce is that his melee form is so boring. In team fight only E is remotely useful.

Jayce Q clears entire waves at lower levels than Khaz W even without using acceleration gate. With gate it's nowhere near a contest. Jayce also stacks tear about 3 times as fast unless Khaz can melee.
Might also add that Jayce is a far stronger laner than Kha'Zix and while it's quite usual for Kha'Zix to get denied and fall behind, the same doesn't really happen to Jayce.

This is correct -- there's a lot of grudges at the higher leagues because they're always queuing into eachother lol

I havent figured out what it is. I've noticed that alt+q/w/e/r for self-casting seems delayed. I don't know what it is, but it's really weird. Alt to self-cast is awful, I swear I have to cast some abilities like 3 times before they go off.
Before this patch it always worked instantly for me. What do you use instead?

It's so good against melees especially after the new evolve. The range is incredible and it has crazy bonus damage even if the target isn't isolated.
