Oh my god this is epic. A player who's really above silver makes an account, but every time he's about to win a promo series, he dodges or gets his team to dodge. So he's as good as gold but because the League system is stupid he stays in Bronze XD. | ||

How is this any different than just making a new account and then just purposely leaving or throwing games to keep your elo low? | ||

His MMR still rises for a while because it would take a while before he gets into his promo non promo win (going W-Promo LWL would keep him at 50% winrate, and if he's getting more than 1 non-promo game before his promotion, then his winrate would still be 50%+ meaning his MMR hadn't leveled out yet). I guess part of this is to see how long it takes before your MMR gets to that point, and if he's queueing into Silver's and Golds, the answer is probably "far too long". | ||
