Surprised there is no Sejuani Nerfs.
Can just like stack health and then grab Sorc shoes, she get so tanky and do so much damage. Not unreasonable to have 2k bonus HP late mid game; You build tanky and then your W just does 660 Damage, then the 15% HP damage and 160 base from Q, as well as the 260 base on E and the 350 base on R she just does a ton of damage. I been playing her a lot, and I really think her base numbers need nerfs. Thats 1286(+16% max HP) in AoE damage. Thats better than Ahri's 0 AP base numbers can do to a single target... AND she has AoE knockup, AoE 70% slow (only 2s downtime with CDR), and the AoE Stun Ultimate.
Something has to give imo. The passive change that give her free armor make her early jungle so much more manageable, so much stronger... the fact that her late game still so abusive is ridiculous. I 11-0 in her now, at this rate she carry a bad like me all the way to diamond.

Zed has been picked and banned a TON in korea. EU LCS only started to pick him up about halfway into the season and there's nobody in NA that plays him.
NA mids are honestly not good enough to master Zed quickly so I think they just decided to not bother trying.

They won't tweak Sejuani so soon unless she's hotfix levels of absurd, and considering they didn't touch Zac that way they won't for Sejuani. Just give it time to settles.

Oh good. Cass was already freelo; time to just hammer that home a bit before they realized that many good cass players already rushed rylais and this change basically guarantees a flash or kill after hitting the first E.

Even bad Cass players like me rushed it, you'd have to be silly to forgo the HP buffer+permaslow on a champion that's so squishy and reliant on kiting.

I was, my bad for missing the Cass comment though (I wouldn't call her freelo with all the assassins roaming around in the mid lane and how squishy she is x_x).
Though Sejuani was good. Her first clear was vulnerable, but she was world aparts from the pile of trash people were depicting—it's just that she "wasn't the best" and that such a vulnerable first clear made her abusable competitively (like how Amumu gets abused in his jungle), so people assumed she wasn't worth playing at all.
I haven't played the new one outside of ARAMs (her W feels so weird with the attack or press again to trigger, though) so I can't comment on her but she should do even more damage early on, on top of having a knock-up, so she should be even stronger.

If you make a champion that scales too well with skill it's always going to be broken until he gets to a spot where only the few REALLY good players can play him. Look at Lee Sin. He's played a lot in OGN, NA is in the minority not playing him. His ult is on a low enough CD that he doesn't stay useless for long and the proposed nerfs don't seem too bad, but might temper some of his lane phase. He was really strong and played a fair amount, I'm not surprised Riot is looking into him.
Edit: Also I think you're being a little dismissive of his kit, I don't think it's nearly as easy as you make it out to be. Sure most of his skill just boil down to doing damage, but managing his shadows requires some practiced coordination.

I think when you're looking at mana manipulator starts on supports, it's going to depend less on who your support is and more on who your ADC is.
If they're somebody who gets a lot of bullying power out of that extra regen, mana manip + 3 wards will probably be a great start. Sona+Varus or Sona+MF, for example.

Oh cool. I used to main Cass back before Viktor came out. That's a welcome change, although likely an overbuff. She's just tough in a meta with so much gap close and bruiser/assassin burst.
I've got a friend who literally only plays her. Inc free plat for him lol
