Proving that Own3d has not fullfilled their obligation is usually done by providing the court your bank records). If that is as he has described suing them here is literally a formality. The only thing that might create a problem is if Own3d is truly unable to pay, that would lead to an execution of their assets, and frankly would get messy and might take a while, but let's be serious here, Own3d most likely has between 100k and 1m € invested in infrastructure of one kind or another, do you honestly think they would risk execution by the courts for the 10k or so they might owe destiny? | ||

Yes, one of the main reasons was that(own3d did not pay in time) from what I recall as well. I mean it's a big deal that CLG is leaving Own3d. CLG was the team that pretty much put own3d on the map with LoL players. For example, I remember Dyrus getting some heat for saying this reason, which was something along the lines of own3d was months late in paying him. | ||
