With the new items I think he's pretty strong there, but with the ult range nerf I don't think you can run him bot lane as easily anymore. On the topic of nyjacky; Why is he playing Veigar in pro tournies again? None of the s3 changes seem to suggest viegar being stronger than he was in s2? Or is it sort of the lull between major tournies, that they're allowing nyjacky to have fun? I mean, he's been doing good as veigar; but what's with the sudden switch?

I think the vision change might help him. Now you have almost perfect vision so it's really hard to get ganked mid which I believe was one of veigars problems right?

a lot of Fizz's s2 bad matchups have been cured by consumable opens like Swain went from Swain favor to Fizz favor, mass pot openings make Swain passive garbage.

Dunno about the patch, but meta-wise it seems like the worst time to start Veigaring it up, with all the bruisers that infest mid nowadays. Probably the bolded.

Oh yeah, he plays Trist but I dunno if I ever saw him play an actual tournament match with Trist.

Koreans are better because they practice smarter. Not because they're celibate. I'm pretty certain lots of NA teams and EU teams practice about as much they just don't practice as smart. And them having girlfriends is only a problem if they're dating someone who doesn't understand their job. Hell, Alex Ich is married and he's like top three AP mids in the world on probably still the best EU team.

So not really surprising to see him go back to one of his favorites even if it's just to dick around. Oh yeah, he plays Trist but I dunno if I ever saw him play an actual tournament match with Trist. There has been at least 3 times in S2 where curse ran double ad w/ trist mid. They've used to great success. They should run it more often imo.

I do think that many NA teams practice, but it seems that most of them (TSM in particular) fail to really draw any good conclusions from it. A reason might that NA have too few teams willing to really innovate, and thus their strategic space gets stuck at local maxima all the time. That to me is where "foreign" e-sport needs to catch up the most, in establishing strongly beneficial training environments, with coaches etc.

Dyrus really strong on Kayle, Vlad, and Singed? Yea, lets have him not play those champs anymore. Time for more Darius comps. ETC
