Its pretty good for a support item. cause's a lot of chaos in teamfights to help peel for your adc and set up played if you can get it in lane.

I got warned for tribunal a few months ago essentially just for feeding, and in one normal game I trolled a lot in chat or something. One game like the only thing I said all game was "YOUR MUMS A WHORE!" after someone said "gl hf and remember flame = lose"
it feels like if you get reported enough you're just going to get banned because if you're light hearted when you're feeding it comes off as trolling to people reading the chat lol. I guess the only thing that'll save you is being like SORRY GUYS IM FEEDING BAD GAME SORRY" or something.

Damn Loco totally deserves that battlecruiser Icon, even the interviews with sc2 "vips" like DRG etc only peak at 10-15k viewers and Loco's has already 55k.
And I dont see anything hybrid about Alex Ich's build  only Blackcleaver which is different from the standard Ad Carry build, expecting something like hurricane, Nashor's tooth and Dcap lol

I know I'm a day late to the party but that interview was amazing, just watched it. It should have been awkward, but at the same time he was really insightful and dropping some good knowledge bombs. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

It is not report worthy by itself but it certainly doesn't help. Speaking in another language is rude just like it is in person.

What? That seems incredibly dumb, I mean a lot of people use others who speak a different language as and excuse for failing themselves, I know it seems they are incredibly troll at times, and I have experienced having to play with such trolls.
Still it seems excessive to report someone just because they wont talk in english, how do you know whether they are flaming or not? I mean maybe they dont even know english?

Well, I skip all foreign-language cases (skip, not pardon, big difference) because I can't be sure if it's offensive language or not. There are two kinds of tribunal users: punish-spammers and people who thoughtfully decide the case. Generally the number of thoughtfuls is greater than the number of punish-spammers so the verdicts are correct. But if most of the thoughtfuls are skipping the case because of foreign-language issues you're gonna have a worse time.
You can communicate pretty well with pings, and if he's duo-queuing with another french buddy I'd say to use skype or something and not the ingame chat.

If they refuse to talk english, they refuse to communicate with their team. With is a reportable offense last time I checked.
I don't arbitarily report people that talk a word or two in whatever language, but if they keep doing it after I tell them to speak English, or at least do calls in an understandable way, they should be reported.
There's ways to communicate even without English, and I acknowledge those (pinging, "mia", and whatnot), but some people simply refuse to do that, and I report those without a second thought.
And with that, I consider myself lenient even. I know some people report just straight up talking in another language, even if it wasnt bothering anyone.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think it's possible to get banned without getting a warning first.

lol weird, some of the best dota pub games I've played noone has said a word. He shouldn't be banned for not talking english, I didn't read anyone specifically saying please speak english unless I missed it. Talking to his friend in their own language is perfectly fine.

The worst i've tried was a 72h ban. Other than that i have only gotten warnings, and it's fair to say that sometimes i'm not the nicest person in-game.

Actually uhh speaking in foreign language isnt bannable offense at all. I think the tribunal says this pretty clearly. This should be obvious though
