It feels like if you had 2k extra gold than usual a lot of tanks might get this item for extra damage but most people already are trying to get

-Locket
-Sightstone
-Spirit visage (if you want cdr and magic resist)
-Aegis-->bulwark
Since all of these items are really good for tanks to help your team except spirit visage (good on maokai though)
Zephyr feels really meh when Fuhrer boots are out there now which generally provide ms when melees need it most - chasing down people. Trinity still king on irelia for damage with only 150 gold nerf and 4% ms, while AS get nerfed meaning it's definitely still king and probably so is GA.
Also for all the rammus fans wriggles-->PD rammus is dead because wriggles sucks now. Long live spirit stone-->PD rammus! The lack of movement speed is easily compensated by lack of unit collision since creep blocks were the bane of chasing AD carries with rammus.
I find it really really strong on Nunu. It gives him pushing power with the AoE proc, insane teamfight control, CDR, armor, mana, and AP, ... I really love it :o But he's pretty much the only one I would build it on, that's true (well, maybe Ali jungle as well).

Especially when the ONLY report is an obvious troll : «"spanish trash ME NO HABLE ENGLAND SENOR"».
I'm sorry but the tribunal system really seems quite stupid some times...

Why do people like blade of the ruined king so much?
it's not max health but current health % dmg and the active is really meh. also the pure AD it gives is really underwhelming
in terms of fun sword of the divine or static shiv are way more "fun" imo and bloodthirster is still the better sustain item.
As an AD main, the new items are fun and nice but as doublelift showed you can just roll with the old builds and still crush face^^ mercurial scimitar is only really good as the 6th item because it's so expensive. (costs more than IE)

Nah it's more of a build for people who like to play like singed (run into enemy team, run out, don't give a fuck). It's very fun, but not really effective unless you're fed as fuck, in which case you can build anything on Irelia and still be a monster.

He gets 1 month ban for that? I got a warning (yes, not ban just a warning) for being a complete dick in 3 out of my 5 reports (verbal abuse, racism etc.). Working as intended.

If you repeatedly land in the tribunal, yes, you get a ban.
For the first time you only get a warning. Second is something like 2 day ban, then 2 week ban and then it gets close to perm territory.
I assume that guy is not the first time in tribunal.
Also, people who talk french (or any other non-english language) with their friends ingame are really, really annoying. Get skype for that ffs.
