OK, not really, but the new items are so helpful for him. Shurelya's still, plus new SV and Iceborn Gauntlet give you everything you need. Maxes CDR, gives you the sheen proc for Q, negatron and glacial shroud for resists, two kindlegems worth of health, plus the Shurelya's active to help you actually get in range to Q someone. Oh, and then the procs from Iceborn slow anyone you Q.
I don't think it'll make him a standard pick, but in lanes where you can farm I think he'll be much stronger. Being able to combine the sheen and glacial shroud into one item is huge, it lets you get strong much earlier. The buildup is also great, since the 6 components for the 3 items are all really good on their own. I was against Vlad, so I ended up with 2 x kindlegem and negatron before sheen or glacial, and it was fine.
The problem with Nasus still is none of the items make his laning phase easier, if anything it makes it worse. Before philo stone use to be a decent pick, cuz nice hp regen, and nice mana regen made you immovable under turret, all while getting you gp10. Sure there's flask, but flask is for skirmish trading regen, not long term regen. The new items make his late-midgame really nice, but reaching that point is still ridiculously difficult as Nasus.
I think the fact that you can open something other than boots+pots as a success for nasus. Cloth 5 lets you farm fairly safely against AD based lanes, and you could do some bottle based opening with a fair amount of pots and ward to just farm vs AP's.

I guess it depends on the adc, but black cleavers are pretty popular with a lot of them. I personally main caitlyn and don't feel she benefits all that much from the BC because her cooldowns aren't very relevant to how she plays, while it's very strong on Ezreal for example, so I usually go longsword+2 into boots + vamp scepter into BT, IE, PD. Hurricane is of course very good on her as well.
The basic builds from S2 still work well, there's just a lot more options now depending on what you want and how the game is going.
Speaking of league of cleavers. Has anyone been lucky enough to get malph during this time? I've got him twice and went ap mid vs talon and lee. Fun times
Dyrus has been playing a LOT of nasus lately and he has been having a lot of success with it. I think he's been duo queueing with a mid-lane talon, too.

He's pretty godly because all his items got even more health than before, and bulwark covers all MR damage pretty much. Being raidboss malph vs. 3+ physical teams is pretty hilarious, especially since bulwark is the only MR item you'll really need. Only got to that point one game, but my god is it fun having just under 5k health, and 350 armor w/o W and 150MR. You literally walk at the enemy team and shrug off all the damage they can output.

Doesn't that work really well because nasus E is a flat armor shred? "squishies" with 100 armor go down to 60 because of nasus E alone, and then talon can go through the rest of it with ease with just a BC.

I think my favorite item of this patch is the new Avarice blade. That thing is so good, especially for an early jungle item. Add the fact that it builds into a nice mix of things, its great. Want to build tanky, Atmas, want more dps, Shiv/Ghostblade.

That video is irrelevant to the rumor mill of what possibly happened behind the scenes. Plus those two play LoL together now. It's all about did Anna receive that drunken Snoopeh stare and was Scoots mad about it.

People, especially junglers, tend to love you a lot when you ping and time wards for them (even more so when I even time wards for their top and mid laners when I happen to catch it).
