Yeah, it gives 10/15/20/25/30 armor aura and its active debuffs by the same amount. Pretty good. Considering his ulti is basically a small nuke + Baron buff minus regen, I feel Taric might be truly outrageous.
Don't do that. It's a really bad idea. The enemy can tell if you started W because you'll have the shatter graphic on you and play super aggressively because you have no presence.
I play a ton more champs than that, but those are what I used to go from ~1350 to like 1580 without dropping a game after tanking my elo from a 4+ month hiatus. Now I have gold so I just practice other champs in normals.
I would play jax, kat, and zyra support but I don't own/play those champs. I'd imagine those are pretty easy to climb with.

Right now I'd have to go with: Top- Singed, Malphite, Irelia Mid- TF, Xerath, Anivia AD- Any of them really Support- Nunu, Leona Jungle- Skarner, Cho, Amumu, Mundo
Mine (1400 elo scrub that can't get war hero Janna ;..
Top: Irelia, Jax, Singed, Jayce, Darius Mid: Ahri, Kat, Lux, Ori Jungle: Lee Sin, Skarner, Amumu AD: Cait, Koggles, Graves Support: Sona, Nunu, Taric
Really want to learn TF, Riven top and practice Kat more. Kat is so easy in some matchups and so hard in others. Destroying Karthus is so damn easy, and then you have to lane against Ahri or god forbid Ryze and I have a really tough time trying to figure out when I should trade.

I got to 1550, down to about 1450 atm from trying new heroes since i've done got gold. typically jungle! i'd def be up for it

There is so much luck in 1400. I got carried to 1500 then down to 1400.
Wouldn't it be better to sort ranked picks based on how high your teamwork honor (or some other honor) is at? It would encourage a more friendly environment in the game in order to seed a better pick. So you'd be put together as a team based on ELO but pick based on your attitude.
I thought purple side was higher elo because blue side is op?
I just played a game as purple, and every person on blue was higher elo when paired up (I was lower than their last pick, and our first pick lower than their first pick). This didn't matter in my lane and bot won, but mid and jungle got dominated by high 1400s duo vs our all 1300 team.

What's wrong about that? If he has no idea what he's voting for than better to not vote at all.
Really? What's wrong with it? I hear people say this kind of shit so much that it's depressing.
How about the fact that it's your responsibility as a citizen in a democratic nation to take part in the democratic process? I of course agree with the statement "I'm uninformed about what's going on in my own country so I won't vote." However, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to LEARN what is going on.
Take some time out of your day to learn about what's going on around you and relish in the fact that our democratic process has played a major role in shaping what the U.S. is today. Don't take what you have for granted.

That's all swell but the fact remains if the dude has no clue and no interest in finding out about the options which he can vote for than there is no reason for him to vote.
my vote provides no clear benefit to me, provides such a marginal benefit to society as a whole that I don't care, and the structure of the electoral system in the US is such that it produces only two parties so there's not a lot of congruence between my opinions and any of the representatives that could actually win.
