Eh. I don't build any AD items on him. I just go grail, maybe wota. Then just tank out. Never really saw the point of AD items tbh since you want to be tanky so you can constantly snowball the enemy AD. A bit of AP makes your snowballs/ult hurt like hell and the scaling on consume heal is insane as well.
