strengths: 1. Farming 2. Champ select swapping 3. Team fight positioning weaknesses: 1. No international experience 2. Inconsistent A diligent top team should be able to prepare against iG and punish them for their aggressiveness. Weaker teams will just get out-riced.

A lot of the players on iG played at IEM Guangzhou way back when against SK and CLGna. iG played CLGna a bunch at LANs in South Korea. They've also played tons of teams at IPL5 qualifiers. They have about as much exposure to the NA/EU scenes as TSM and M5 have to the Asian scenes. ![]() I don't think giving iG #4 in the power rank is overrating them at all. Of all the teams in group stages they have the best chance of throwing M5/TSM off their game and beating them in a bo3 imo.

Not saying they're not good, but I think a lot of their opponents were caught off guard initially. That advantage will be greatly negated at Worlds.

But TSM/M5 winning against the Asian teams won't have anything to do with them not being prepared for aggressive counter-jungling lol.
