I had one of those windows gadgets cpu meter, but you can also just have task manager be on top of your game screen, then try to see if the problem is cpu util spiking. The spikes weren't even very high which made it confusing as I assumed cpu util was only an issue at 100% :/ Then I just installed and ran spybot and uninstalled spybot. | ||
