Either one side instantly kills the other and it snowballs or neither side can ever kill the other. It's not a mirror, but the other day I played Cho vs. Morgana in top lane. For awhile we tried the obligatory harassment against each other, but eventually we realized that it was utterly pointless and made a gentleman's agreement to just farm the lane. That was the most lazy game I've ever played. I thought it was hilarious at the time, though.

Whatever it was, sad game. I know that there is no connection between it, but having a much awaited and hyped semi final game delayed by two hours, being granted a special treatment by the cup masters (KaosTV as the broadcaster said they would have dismissed TSM for that, but it's not their choice) and then winning a 4v5 doesn't leave a good impression.

Disqualifying a team in a much awaited and hyped semi final leaves a worse impression. Also, I don't really get all the random hate for the match delay. Maybe I'm missing something, but wasn't that decided last night because of Dyrus' doctor's appointment? It's not like they told them 2 minutes before match time like during NESL yesterday.

He overslept and missed the appointment, that's why it got delayed. Either way, the appointment was probably scheduled before, dyrus just forgot about it. It's just really lazy on TSM's part.

Kassadin vs Kassadin and Annie vs Annie are good examples of lanes that are just stupid. Especially Annie versus Annie. It's basically a game of whoever flash stuns first wins the lane. But at the same time, I'm sure they'd lose a lot of stream views because watching the first 5 minutes of the same 1v1 matchup 10-15 times is fairly boring. iirc, Chauster helped jiji and Hotshot practice their lane match ups since he's well versed as AP carry and top lane. And everything really. But yes, more people should do this however I think one of the problems is that while it'll help you understand a match up it also helps your opponent understand you. So I wouldn't be surprised if people from other teams are a bit reluctant to spam 1v1s in fear that their opponent might 'figure them out.' Wouldn't be surprised if the two MiG team play lane match ups against each other fairly often. I would imagine part of the reason CLG is getting a B team is not just the scrimming side but also for lane practice.
