New twitch skin? Go to yer skin previews of Twitch, click to the right of the Vandal Twitch as if selecting another skin and you'll see a box show up with no splashart saying "unavailable"

It's been like that for almost 2 months now. You can also select a locked default skin when playing as the rat.

He's on the same shelf as Pulsefire Ezreal and Rocketeer Tristana. My guess is they'll release all of these cool skins right after they nerf Infinity Edge (cause that item is by far most broken item in the game).
