On anyone (with at least a tiny AP ratio). But yeah, Cutlass seems to be a pretty solid item right now (I mentioned before that the lifesteal nerf was just a sneaky Cutlass buff). It's just sad the range of the active is so small, discouraging ranged champs from buying it. HOWEVER it's not that bad: Your enemies will jump into range by themselves. Cutlass -> easy kiting. | ||

Guy looks OP as fuck , R has an AoE knockup with massive damage + AoE DoT, w has a passive that procs like 100+ damage on every AA, etc. Don't think he's real, dude. | ||
