TRM chose to step down.
TSM was looking for someone to replace top, asked Dyrus. Dyrus asked Dan Dinh about leaving EG. Dan was chill w/ it, so Dyrus took up the oppurtunity. No hard feelings from anyone.

You can actually save many low ELO games simply by being a calming influence in the team, by preventing from the in-team fighting/bickering from escalating. Don't argue, don't be rude, don't be destructive, get people to enjoy the game and keep trying (as opposed to belittling them or being defeatist) that alone helps a lot. (Some teams are beyond saving, that happens to everyone.)
Also simply winning your lane consistently *will* raise your ELO reliably at that level, it's just that playing carries/hypercarries makes the effect more pronounced. For me, playing Rumble wins games; even when I lose my lane (rare) I'm useful in team fights due to the AoE ult and kiting ability.

I think Promote is underrated. If you can force a fight/standoff elsewhere, it's effectively a free splitpush, though slow.
People make fun of me until it works.

Promote top + bot in base, start pushing mid. By the time TSM sees the promoted cannons coming they are already battering at turrets. Supa push powers

TD is simply the most prolific poster who jungles. He lives and breaths this thread, so he tends to be the first person to respond. There are plenty of other junglers who post, but we aren't camping the reply button the way TD does, so most of our posts end up being corrections to whatever string of words TD put together rather than straight up responses.

You can blood boil minions right? As in, Nunu can blood boil a promote and afk and the minions kills a turret in like 5s?

Wow....even being up on kills after the outer turrets went down TSM has a hard time keeping map control because the other team has far too much pushing power.
On a side note it's very nice seeing oddone carry.

I don't think they're winning right now - they're getting destroyed by Promote Nidalee splitpush. Dyrus is a very calm person, especially compared to TRM, which helps a lot.

Yes. I'm doing that on my siege minion whenever I solo Nunu, then I smack theirs a bit and Consume it.

Edit : seems like non-promoted Shen > promoted minions though. Except if you count getting into TSM as a promotion for Dyrus.
