I dunno but everytime a french person calls surrender vote I always make this joke.
Fortunately Nenyimm and Microchaton are super tryhard in any normals and if things go bad early they start complaining and calling surrenders at 20 so it's pretty hilarious, at least for me.

That's why a French should never admit his nationality before post-game chat. Or Spanish for that matter. You wouldn't want a nice teammate suddenly raging to have one of those "noob idiots F/S" in his game and start a surrender vote.

Servers back up although PvP.net is a little wonky still. Looks like they had to reboot the servers for that draft trading bug.
Your last game does count. I just got out about 10 min ago and relogged.

Don't remember what they did to Shen, but I spoke to a few of my friends with decent ELO (~1500+) and they really don't think he is going to be that good. I mean, much better than he was, but still not that good.
edit: Took a look at him. I'm not sure how he is supposed to be op or whatever.
Shen has no CC outside of Shadow Dash. He can't do his job as a tank by sticking on top of a carry or protecting one other than Stand United, which will be his free teleport into a fight. His shield is just absolutely awful imo. Why does a tank need a shield? He really doesn't, since he just builds HP and AP now it looks like. I always thought he needed more damage, and they should go about that by either removing his shield, or make it strengthen Ki Strike/VB, as opposed to lowering the CD like they did.
More damage, or be able to put the shield on an ally or add another CC skill.
Shen will be experimented with, but I truly believe he still won't be that good.

It´s casual racism, not a joke. BTW. in reality Germany is far more likely to avoid combat than France but that doesn´t go as well with the nazi "jokes".
