Oh, I agree. Just I'm trying to point out that rating players isn't nearly so clear-cut. Honestly I don't see the value in comparing players on one team anyways, since their performance is so dependant on the other players on their team to begin with.
(For I similar reason it always seems silly to me when people blame RainMan for TSM losing games. So if we agree he's the weakest player on the team - has anyone ever seen the other members of the team try to give him honest constructive criticism? Try to actually help him improve? All I ever see is his teammates trying to bludgeon him into admitting when he screws up, and focussing less on how to win in the future than on who's FAULT they're loss is.)

I've actually seen that yeah, like when Chaox told him he shouldn't split up he argued a ton about it not being his bad etc. I think he's not a person who you can really help improve with words

HSGG has defined contracts with each member of CLG which defines how much they get paid, how they divide stream revenue, tournament winnings, etc. It's also arguable that HSGG is also rather shrewd business man. His solo queue rage aside, he's being surprisingly mature and deep on Wickd's stream.

I think Jiji actually has the same amount of pull over the CLG organization (if not more, iirc he's the CLG 'leader') as Hotshot, he's just such a quiet, happy guy that's fine doing whatever that Hotshot is always the guy in the forefront. Either way, Hotshot's not a bad dude or a malicious dude at all, which is why he and Saint can deal with their differences.
Hotshot's a young guy who has become an international celebrity as the face of CLG, who has name recognition on multiple continents - I'm surprised that he's dealt with the fame as well as he has, even. Most people with his level of fame have handlers or managers or people that aren't him telling him what to do / what not to do. For the CLG group to turn into a huge international organization despite the relative immaturity of the people running it is really impressive.

Maybe. I also think he's gotten to a place where he's so used to being blamed and bitched at when he screws up that he just gets super overly defensive against any criticism. Which you can't put entirely on TRM, is my point. (Not excusing TRM just blaming only him when he screws up goes against the point of a team game imo).

Except it IS their problem - his performance affects the rest of them. If RainMan screws up, its the whole team that loses games.

As someone said earlier, Regi is really asking a lot of TOO, so it explain not only Regi's habit to snowball, but it also explain why TRM is struggling more.

Had to go eat dinner, but I will say that IN TOURNAMENTS Regi is constantly TSM's best player. Rarely lays an egg and most of the time is the dominant force.
Outside of tourneys and in scrims he is a HUGE asshole and he is wildly inconsistent. But in tourney play you cant deny he is the second best mid behind salce in NA and overall most dominant member of TSM.

Speed * .4 * 825 = .33 or 67% total slow
There is also diminishing returns on slows if they reduce your movement speed beyond a certain threshold (don't have the numbers in front of me) but most likely unless the target has really high MS you would not slow them for the full 67%.

How is Ice Blast an item slow?
Rylai's, Phage, Mallet, Triforce, and the Randuin's passive slow don't stack with each other. Only the strongest one is applied.

Two items won't stack together, but items will still stack with other sources. You said items won't stack at all. There are three categories of slow (item/ability/buff) and each of those will stack the strongest.

It's not that dependent when you look at multiple games as a whole. Chaox and Xpecial are very consistent, Reginald is hugely variable between feeding heavily and getting kills, and TOO/TRM regularly struggle. Even if there were instances where they did poorly because of teammates, it would be isolated incidents, but it's not.

When I say "item slows don't stack", I'm pretty sure it's fairly clear that means with each other, not that they don't stack with other slows. You're literally the only person in this thread thus far to misinterpret me to mean that.
