It should probably also work like some other kind of snowball item - an item that grants bonus stats for kills without penalties for dying is kind of silly, especially when those stats are tank stats.

And I think mogs is fine, its just the other 2 giants belt items suck balls and need to be adjusted to match it.

That said, I can't think of any option around the 3k range that makes it a 'better' item, except for like Phage + Pickaxe + Ruby Crystal, but that makes it less slot-efficient and skews it more toward like '450 HP 50 AD' than what it is currently. You really want the Megaphage to cost significantly less than Triforce, but Triforce is so efficient to begin with that it's hard to make it appeal to tanky pepole AND do damage.

Then give the item an active ability.
If it's too awkward to buff the item on pure stats efficiency, tweak it via utility. Makes the item more fun to use to boot.

Seriously guys, I already put the stats that are needed for Mallet.
Same exact cost, 700 -> 800 HP, 20 -> 25 AD, now it's a reasonable item. You add 500 gold worth of stats to the item and all is well in the world.

Yeah everyone keeps telling me to build Phage wits on shyv because it'll apply the slow almost as consistently and then I try it and Ashe with no boots is able to run away from me

Kind of sad as currently I'd rate Xpecial one of the top players in TSM and I'd say in importance to their play he's right up there with Chaox and TOO
