I think you're on to something here... what if this was the reason they were low elo to begin with? I know it's a crazy theory, but I'll investigate further and come back with tangible evidence if it turns out I'm right.

So basically Fiddle can't do much of anything in lane. If the enemy has any sort of stun both his drain and his ult become ineffective, and almost all APs have one. Fiddle also can't clear a wave and go gank a lane because the enemy AP will always be able to do a better job of that. Fiddle might be able to force the lane into a draw with his sustain, but he's not going to accomplish much else and in many matchups is likely to lose outright. You missed one other problem with fiddle - his spell ranges are so short nearly every mid outranges him, even other champs that have short-range problems.
He might be useful in certain situations as a counter pick, but he really cant win the lane, he can only draw. I have used fiddle vs lb a couple of times, just to not feed her because you can heal off all her harassment with drain. Taking teleport with fiddle might also help for ganking purposes. Can anyone answer this question - does fiddles drain stop if you use exhaust or ignite because I have seen it stop and I don't know why. Anyway jungle fiddle is still OK as long as your blue don't get invaded.

Well yeah, that's kind of to be expected. If they knew all those things, they wouldn't be low ELO after all.
I've already convinced myself as a jungler in ~1300 ELO euw to always carry 1-2 wards with me. For buff control, warding for mid or top or usable as an escape (Lee Sin or similar). It's always well worth the 75 gold.
Btw, which Udyr stance is currently favourable? Is it still Phoenix or are they just different in types? Because it looks to me like Tiger Udyr would have far better ganks, but slower clear time.

I'm pretty sure it doesn't, summoner spells aren't actions that your character is taking.

snares only stop movement and movement spells. amumu ult doesn't stop channels either but he stops autoattacks since he immobilizes. i note amumu's ult because it took me forever to realize that he didn't actually stun people lol

I'm pretty sure it doesn't, summoner spells aren't actions that your character is taking.
At least some of them are, if not most. For example you won't be able to flash while channeling something without canceling it. However afaik ghost and ignite don't interfere with anything. For exhaust, due to its short range it's possible that casting exhaust would require your champion to move, which breaks the channeling.

Is it even possible to microwave something for 40 minutes? Every microwave I've ever used you put in how much time before it starts and when it's finished it just stops...I suppose he could have typoed and put an extra 0, but still what the hell.
