His farming is bad, but with a five second fear if a jungler ganks the other mid just dies 100% of the time. Best part is everyone and their moms dog thinks he sucks dick so you get away with the most ridiculous things ever.
You can pretty much just play him a lot like you'd play pantheon. His sustain is so good once he hits level 3/4 (depending on when you get fear) you can just trade blows at any time and usually come out ahead. he might not have the killing power of say a LB, but I think he is a terror to lane against, and is just as good if not better than Vlad is. Because his kit leads to exceptionally efficient trading, you can easily zone and make it so thast you lane opponent can't really farm. So while oyu aren't farming well, neither are they.
And thats not even getting into how dangerous he is once it hits late game... Once you grab a Zhoyna's and another big AP item Crowstorms just... melt... everything.
He is pretty strong, as far as I am concerned. If anything, his Q is imbalanced. Fiddles strengths come out with the element of surprise. If you are mid, people know you are mid. Theres nothing more terrifying then a fiddleult on your head when you least expect it. Cant do that when mid. I think he's pretty bad mid. I mean I guess if you're mid you can just lifesteal off wraiths if you're behind, but lifestealing in lane is just putting a bulls eye on yourself. His only real harassment tool is his E (it has the potential to bounce three times but usually just hits once) and it's easier to keep fiddles at his tower than it is to keep ryze.
I used to lane fiddlesticks when I just started. Then I realized he was a pretty shitty mid laner and there are quite a few matchups that I felt he couldn't do anything in against a competent player.

I'd be happy if instead of being QSS on a skill if they changed it something like - "Gangplank noms some delicious oranges granting him 10/15/20/25/30% Crowd control reduction for 5 seconds."
I think right now GP is close enough to balanced to not be a real issue. Remove Scurvy is a large enough part of his power level that changing it would require a rework, and I don't think that's worth the balance team's time at all right now.

I'm currently really digging Wickd's streaming style. Constantly explaining the flow of the game, what trades to make or not to make, calling out bad plays when they happen, but not really raging a lot. Snoopeh sort of follows the same style, and those two are the ones that I currently watch the most. TSM's streams have become pretty unbearable for me.
I read the thread, and I don't think he calls the house toxic, nor does he insinuate that Chaox/Xspecial are getting more ragey. He says that some in the house are quite ragey (like TRM, Regi, etc) and there's minimal rage from Chaox/Xspecial, and that may be influencing him some.
I think it's natural for a bunch of guys that spend every waking moment together playing the same game to naturally start to adopt each other's personality traits, but that gaming house is amazing for TSM. That team has real love for each other and really has shown improvement over the months. I think they'd only get worse if they did not have the house.

I was speaking for myself, sorry. It's just that for me personally watching TSM scrim isn't all that fun. Since afterwards Regi and TRM start playing the blame game. That just isn't fun to watch for me, and I bet it's annoying others too.
I do agree that the house has served them well, they have improved immensely. But I don't like the attitude changes.

Totally unrelated to recent discussions, I read the news post on official site about the coming Hannover tourney and I was amazed to see a several paragraph long news post without a single mention of the date of said tournament. Link to the ESL site is the closest there was and well ESL site...urgh. I put Hannover in search field at ESL, came up with nothing lol.

You can't count on team mates to be objective about themselves and take the responsibilities just after a crisis situation.
They should try playing a few game as 6, mb with Dyrus, watching their screens, and mediating the communication in «calm» moments, where they usually talk of the mistakes they just did.

Gimme 3 weeks with any of the top teams and they'll communicate like greek gods with each other ingame/post-game and crush the entire opposition with just that. There is no single team out there which is skilled in that area.
Too bad they prolly don't wanna pay my rates. =P

He still only has 2 useful skills. Taunt and Ult. I think they could make him better by making him resourceless like Kat and Riven.
And yes, Riot have said that they want to fix Shen. But they said the same about Twitch and Eve a year ago.

His shield is just completely useless. If they made that free, no cost at all, it would be a huge boost in his viability I think.
