Annie has like 2.1 on her full combo, for example. Splash is a big factor of course. That's why I'm confused that I often see a Void Staff rush on Leblanc, it's not like her ratios are so bad that penetration yield more damage. As we saw over the weekend if somebody silences you when you jump into the team...lol dead. When you hump your enemy to kill them it becomes incredibly risky to ever try to blow some one up. | ||

Using Leblanc's Q for comparison, the two AP items will give you more damage unless your target has more than 70 magic resistance (assuming Sorcerer's Shoes, Arcane Knowledge and MPen Reds). | ||
