Takes too much time writing something serious about my life during my time when I played games and after I stopped playing games, so I'll just summarize it. Basically, playing this game was a waste of time, and I'm glad I got out of playing games. Unless you try really hard to succeed at this game, give it 100%, and are willing to die to be successful and have the mentality to give it 100% every single day, it's pointless. LoL is not fun. It's really stressful. I don' get why anybody would play this game for fun. Fun is going out with your friends and girls. Tits are fun. Socializing is fun. LoL is not fun. LoL is just a huge ball of QQers, ragers, and feeders 90% of the time. Being stressed is not fun. Only thing good about LoL is that it helps you deal with fags in real life and stress because you're under constant crappy situations with people online, and you learn to become chill and not let it bother you. LoL is a waste of time. Spending even one hour every day playing LoL is stupid. Every week you could spend 7 hours learning golf. You get success 100%, it's actually a useful skill in life to have, and you spend time with good people. Playing LoL gets you stressed out, and does not get you good at anything. The reason a lot of people who play a lot of games, I will explain later. LoL destroys your life. When you play a lot of games and don't talk to people, you become worse at socializing. When you become worse at socializing, you don't want to socialize because you kind of become this loser who sucks at socializing, so you go back to games. Then games become your pleasure because it occupies a lot of your time and thoughts and deceives you into thinking you are doing something with your life. It's like an addiction, and soon you can't stop. Your online reputation, your elo, and your online friends are worth more than tits or friends. Some people might say LoL is fun, or online friends are better than real life friends, or stuff like that, or LoL is my hobby, I like putting my time into LoL. zzzzz, this is taking too long to write. I'll just say whatever, LoL played moderately for fun is cool if it's not an addiction. High 5. Good things about games aka scII not LoL yet. If you're good, you get to live in a fucking baller house like EG and get paid. If you give up your life to play and give it 100%, you will get good, like at least top 10 good and live your dream of being a star and playing games for a living. This is legit gaming, you are accomplishing something in your life, and posting results. Casual LoL does none of these things. Anyways, zzzz taking too long, in conclusion I like not playing games. If you don't play games for one day, then try to play, it gets really boring. Quitting games is good. Tits(or dicks, for you uni) and friends are more fun than games. Real life is less stressful, and takes less effort to get good at life, which is like socializing and studying. Take the lessons you learn from LoL, like learning how to try hard and be successful or just 2K elo successful, and use them in real life. You will get many boobies and friends. The end. I'm going to go to Harvard next year. Studying is easier than games so 100 every class. Socializing easier than trying to get #1 ladder, tits>games. The end. I only regret not giving it my 100% playing LoL before quitting.

but for some people, games are indeed enjoyable. i would never play LoL if it was too stressful for me, since i constantly remind myself of the fact that it's a game and that if it's not fun, i should stop playing. i find time to go out, and given a choice between a night out with friends and games, i always choose the former. your post kinda assumes a binary approach to games/socializing. like there's no grey area between the two where a healthy balance can be found. yes, you cant ever get as good as you'd like to be if you don't devote 100% of your time to games, but there will be exceptions, always. people playing all types of games have various degrees of 'talent', some people just pick it up way faster and require less effort to get to a certain level of skill. for those people, it's possible for them to be comfortable with their skill and still have a good life outside of games. ps: i'm in uni right now too (NUS). pps: as in university

But you should realize that you dont speak universal truth, gaming might be life destroying for you at the moment, but there are a lot of people who have a perfectly awesome life that includes playing onlinegames. and to accelerate your path to enlightment and save you some time: life is probably not about having sex and drinking alcohol while you sorround yourself with as many people as you can. thats even more stressful than playing solo queue after a while. I dunno. I never had trouble separating lol from academics. Then again, 99% of college is just showing up to class. If you show up and take notes every day there is no way you should ever get less than a B in any class, and thats without studying. what are you studying? In my experience from math and physics in germany you may as well sleep during the classes as long as you show up to and do every exercise. Actually, statistics show that people have like a 300% better chance to pass when they just do the exercises for like 3 hrs every day.

Sometimes the LoL gods are kind and smile upon thee, and sometimes they are wroth. But the chill dudes have faith, and persevere. For they know that as they forgive feeders, so they shall be forgiven for feeding.

it should not be mandatory to go out and get shitfaced every friday and saturday (and even thursdays and wednesdays now due to thirsty thursday and bar wednesday.) Everything in moderation my friend, dont fool yourself into thinking gaming detracted anything more from your life then friends or women do. They all require time, money, and effort and have their ups and downs. tldr media in the last couple decades has destroyed our culture
