I'll give Eski fistbumps for being a pretty good streamer, on the commentary side of things but he hasn't streamed in a while. So that might contribute to his low viewership. Even if some of it was slightly wrong (like Poppy Q being physical). But those are minor things. Flakes, can you gives Eski a hello from TL for us? He's so adorable.
Yeah, I talked to Zileas after the whole Psy fiasco, so I know that Riot employees have limited streaming privileges.
Eski made a vlog about not streaming anymore during the summer because he got an internship at Riot.

There's a known issue where sometimes the patch will freeze at 33% or 99%. If that happens to you, tell me and I'll see what fix I can find.
If it's just slow, don't worry. There's a lot of new art/obs/reply/Dominion/skins/game engine/sever/GUI code this patch.

Watching Dan jungle Skarner just makes me happy I didn't waste IP on that terribad champion.
Hopefully Talon can jungle decently. I know he's fairly potent solo top. :3

Talon jungle is like Heimer jungle. You suck until about level 5, and then you rape it. The difference is that you actually get to gank people because you don't have an 80 second ult cd like heimer.

talon jungle is just way too slow and unsafe. if your up against sth dangerous like lee sin or noct then you can only pray that the other jungler is in afk mode or sth. Talons manapool isnt even the problem as I first thought. Its his HP that just drop like crazy. I would LOVE to jungle him but I didnt find a route/build that doesnt feel "uuuugh". His ganks would be so amazing though. I can only conclude that this is 100% intentional by riot to keep him on the lane.

The thing with Irelia is no one puts squishies solo top anymore so you never ever get to max Q like the old days and actually kill people in your lane instead of just shitting on them.

Ya he was on his laptop over the summer, he didn't want to bring his gaming rig down to LA lol. He says he'll get back into streaming, though he clearly learned how to SOONtm over the summer :D.

How do you do skarner right, then?
Because honestly outside of that one Grassy vid I've never seen a skarner amount to anything. Does crap DPS, no zone control/range/initiation, and doesn't have much utility. Your gap closer is breakable, if you're not within 150 range of your target none of your skills will hit, and if you're not auto attacking everything has a wicked longer cooldown.
In my eyes his weaknesses just pile up on each other and he doesn't have any strengths whatsoever. I've watched Dan Dihn and Shushei stream him but I'm simply not impressed by them or by any of the lower elo skarners I've ever met, including ones that got solo lane farm.

Skarner is just shit, he is tanky and has good sustain and dps...IF gets right up next to his target, and he has absolutely no way of closing that gap, no slow, no stun, no jump, nothing.
He basically just wanders around hoping someone squishy is retarded enough to run up and give him a hug.
There is just no way I'd ever choose him over a myriad of other heroes who are just 100x more versatile.
