The only counter to garen is a quick aoe explosion team like amumu/karthus/etc etc. I wouldnt advise picking him against a team like that | ||

If anything, it's always been HS and Regi taking all the Own3d viewers. He was popular before, for whatever the reasons (godly Nidaree, RageShotGG in solo q, kimchiman vs Koreans, etc, take your pick) but after producing really solid results in the past few tournaments, his popularity has only grown. He's been fairly chill as of late. That's mostly because he hasn't really grind solo q since it's near the end of the season. | ||

HS was one of the original LoL streamers so he's always had one of the largest followings (similar to Wickd). | ||

I'll give Eski fistbumps for being a pretty good streamer, on the commentary side of things but he hasn't streamed in a while. So that might contribute to his low viewership. | ||

When you work at Riot, there are certain restrictions on Streaming. These rules were only really introduced after something happened that caused a small fuss on the General Forums. But now Riot plays it safe. If you want to stream, you have to get approval and make sure you don't inadvertently show internal sekret stuff. It's also why Rioters who used to stream a reasonable amount (Pendragon, Chewbacca, TacoStorm aka Firebird, etc.) don't stream so much either. But then their streams are a little more off the beaten track and not featured on CLG/Solomid. I do enjoy Eski streams though. When I first started, his commentary helped me get a grip on the game. Even if some of it was slightly wrong (like Poppy Q being physical). But those are minor things. Flakes, can you gives Eski a hello from TL for us? He's so adorable. | ||
