Since replay and spectator functionality is pretty much complete and partially in the client anyway, all Riot really needs to do is turn on the back-end support on the Servers. | ||

What I can say publicly is that spec mode will come very very soon after Dominion and that spec mode did in fact include a LOT of the work necessary for replays I will not confirm what I may or may not have said over a glass of Sangria (I can confirm the Sangria was amazing. Thanks Totalbiscuit) | ||
