He was at some points solo mid/top number 1 pick. Harass with Q everytime its up, cant be harassed back cause of passive, when enemy is too low ULT and nuke combo granted kills. They didnt change too much about him, so he is far from the worst laner. | ||

That way it's useful in the jungle while not being OP 1000 dmg nuke every attack late game. Also make neutral monsters give it +6 instead of +3. Fire morello(guys named after fucking candy bar) hire me i'm a genius. | ||
